Employee monitoring
Many people work from home. Employers can install software on your computer to monitor your activity. They might do this for security reasons, especially if you deal with sensitive data, or to track whether you are productive or not. Employee monitoring can take place in various ways; make regular screenshots, trace website visits, detect chat proram usage etc. Some programs give employers productivity numbers on individual employee level.
